Policies for Camion Trading
Please read these Legal Policies carefully before using Camion's website, mobile application, or services.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE
These Legal Policies constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Camion Trading.
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using Camion's website, mobile application, or services, you irrevocably confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Policies.
If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
In case of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
1. TERMS OF USE
1.1 Acceptance
By using Camion, you agree to these Terms of Use and all policies incorporated by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Intellectual Property Policy.
1.2 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement.
- If you use Camion on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
1.3 Platform Role & Marketplace Disclaimer
Camion operates solely as a technology-enabled marketplace platform. Unless a product is explicitly labelled "Sold by Camion":
- Camion is not the seller of record
- Camion does not manufacture products
- Camion does not own or hold inventory
- Camion is not the importer of record
All sales contracts are concluded directly between the buyer and the third-party seller. Camion is not a party to such contracts.
Third-party sellers are solely responsible for product descriptions, pricing, accuracy, quality, safety, legality, compliance, and any warranties or guarantees (if any).
1.4 Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full amount displayed at checkout, including:
- Product price
- Shipping fees
- Taxes and customs duties where applicable
Camion reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or correct any order affected by pricing errors, listing inaccuracies, fraud, or abuse.
1.5 Cross-Border Shipping, Customs & Import Responsibility
You acknowledge that products may be shipped internationally. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- You are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, permits, and regulatory charges
- You are responsible for ensuring products are legal to import and use in your country
Camion bears no responsibility for customs inspections, delays, refusals, seizures, destruction, regulatory enforcement actions, or additional charges imposed by authorities.
1.6 Customs Refusal, Return-to-Origin & Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, delayed, seized, returned, abandoned, or undeliverable due to customs actions, incorrect delivery details, or recipient unavailability, Camion may, at its sole discretion:
- Re-ship the order at your expense
- Issue a partial refund excluding non-recoverable costs
- Treat the shipment as forfeited where recovery is not feasible
1.7 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Camion may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion in cases of fraud, abuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or legal risk.
1.8 Prohibited Use
- Use Camion for illegal or fraudulent activities
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Abuse promotions, pricing, referrals, or coupons
- Circumvent the platform or interfere with security or operations
1.9 No Warranties – "AS IS"
All services and products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
1.10 Limitation of Liability
- Camion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Camion's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order
1.11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camion from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of the platform
- Customs or import violations
- Infringement of third-party rights
1.12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Qatar. All disputes shall be subject only to the courts of Qatar.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY
2.1 Ownership
All content on Camion, including logos, text, images, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Camion and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
2.2 Reporting Infringement
Rights owners or authorized representatives may submit infringement notices including proof of ownership and details of the alleged violation. Camion will review valid claims and take appropriate action.
2.3 False Claims
False or misleading infringement reports may result in account suspension or legal consequences.
2.4 Repeat Infringers
Camion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated intellectual property violations.
3. Privacy Policy
Camion collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Personal data is used to:
- Operate and improve the platform
- Process orders and payments
- Provide customer support
- Prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations
Camion does not sell personal data.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- Shipping coverage varies by destination and product
- Delivery timelines are estimates only
- Tracking information is provided when available
- Camion is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, or incorrect delivery details
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection
- Certain items are non-returnable
- Refunds are processed after inspection
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & LEGAL NOTICES
You consent to receive all notices electronically.
Electronic records, logs, timestamps, IP addresses, and system data constitute conclusive evidence of acceptance and activity.
7. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS & STORE CREDIT
Camion may revoke promotions, cancel orders, or void store credits in cases of abuse, fraud, or manipulation. Promotional balances have no cash value and are non-transferable.
8. USER CONTENT & PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Camion may remove or restrict any content that violates policies, law, or platform integrity and may preserve records for legal enforcement.
9. OFF-PLATFORM TRANSACTIONS
Circumventing Camion to transact outside the platform is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10. SECURITY, VERIFICATION & RISK CONTROLS
Camion may apply security checks, request verification, restrict accounts, or cancel orders to prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the platform.
11. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTE ABUSE
Initiating chargebacks in bad faith constitutes a material breach. Camion may share transaction evidence with banks and payment processors.
12. EVIDENCE & DISPUTE PROCESS
Camion's electronic records are admissible as legal evidence.
Users must first contact Camion Support before initiating any formal claim, unless prohibited by law.

Please contact Camion Support and allow a reasonable time for resolution before initiating any formal claim, unless prohibited by law.
13. SEVERABILITY & SURVIVAL
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Key protections survive termination.

14. MODIFICATIONS
Camion may update these Legal Policies at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
16. FORCE MAJEURE (ADDED CLAUSE)
Camion shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, epidemics, pandemics, labour disputes, power outages, system failures, supply chain disruptions, or interruptions to transportation or telecommunications networks.
During such events, Camion's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, without liability or penalty.
17–18. PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY, AUTOMATION & AI DISCLAIMERS
17. Platform Technology & Automation Disclaimer
- Product data, pricing, availability, recommendations, translations, and estimates may be generated or assisted by automated systems.
- Such outputs are provided for convenience only and may contain inaccuracies or delays.
- Camion does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of automated or system-generated information.
- Final purchase decisions remain solely the responsibility of the user.
18. AI-Assisted Content & Decision Disclaimer
Certain platform features may involve artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated decision-making processes (e.g., recommendations, fraud detection, pricing analysis, logistics routing, content generation).
- Do not constitute professional, legal, commercial, or import advice
- Are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
- May evolve, change, or be discontinued at any time
Camion shall not be liable for any reliance placed on AI-assisted outputs.
19. PAYMENT PROCESSING & THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Payments made through Camion may be processed by licensed third-party payment service providers.
- Camion does not store full payment card details
- Camion is not responsible for outages, errors, delays, or disputes arising from payment processors
- Camion shall not be liable for actions taken by banks, card networks, or financial institutions
Users agree to be bound by the terms of the applicable payment service providers.
20. LOGISTICS, CARRIERS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Camion may integrate with or facilitate access to third-party logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, or fulfilment partners.
- Camion does not operate logistics services unless explicitly stated
- Camion does not guarantee carrier performance, transit times, or handling procedures
- Camion is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or misconduct by third-party service providers
Any claims relating to logistics services shall be directed to the relevant provider.
21. NO PARTNERSHIP, AGENCY OR JOINT VENTURE
Nothing in these Legal Policies shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between Camion and any user, seller, carrier, or third party. Each party acts independently.
22. EXPORT CONTROLS & SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in, controlled by, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned country or restricted party
- You will not use the platform in violation of export control, sanctions, or trade compliance laws
Camion reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to comply with applicable regulations.
23. ASSIGNMENT & CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING
Camion may assign, transfer, novate, or restructure its rights and obligations under these Legal Policies in connection with corporate restructuring, mergers/acquisitions, asset transfers, or investment/financing transactions. Such actions shall not require prior user consent.
24. SURVIVAL OF KEY PROVISIONS (EXPANDED)
The following provisions shall survive termination or suspension of access:

25. LANGUAGE & INTERPRETATION (REINFORCED)
These Legal Policies may be translated for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between translations, the English version shall prevail exclusively for all legal purposes.
26. CLASS ACTION WAIVER (WAIVER OF COLLECTIVE CLAIMS)
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Legal Policies or the use of the Camion platform shall be brought solely in your individual capacity. You waive any right to participate in class, collective, representative, or private attorney general actions.
No dispute may be consolidated with any other proceeding without Camion's prior written consent.
27. DISPUTE ESCALATION & OPTIONAL ARBITRATION
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations for a minimum period of thirty (30) days.
Camion may, at its sole discretion, elect to require binding arbitration instead of court proceedings, unless prohibited by applicable law.

28. SAFE HARBOR – RELIANCE ON THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION
Camion may rely on information provided by third-party sellers, logistics providers, warehouses, customs brokers, or governmental authorities. Camion shall not be liable for inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or misrepresentations unless caused by Camion's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
29. USER ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF CAMION BUSINESS MODEL
You expressly acknowledge and agree that Camion:
- Is not a retailer or merchant
- Is not a trading company
- Is not a purchasing agent
- Is not an importer or exporter
- Is not a logistics, warehousing, or fulfilment provider
Camion's role is strictly limited to providing a technology-enabled platform that facilitates interactions between independent third parties.
30. REGULATORY & LEGAL CHANGE ADAPTATION
Camion reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the platform, pricing structure, service availability, supported regions, or transaction flows at any time to comply with:
- Changes in laws or regulations
- Customs or trade requirements
- Sanctions or export control measures
- Governmental directives or enforcement actions
Such changes shall not give rise to any liability, compensation, or refund obligation beyond what is required by law.
31. NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY
Camion does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform. Temporary suspensions may occur due to maintenance or upgrades, system capacity constraints, security incidents, or third-party service interruptions. Camion shall not be liable for losses arising from downtime or unavailability.
32. SELLER COMPLIANCE & OFF-PLATFORM MISCONDUCT
Camion is not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of sellers occurring outside the platform
- Off-platform communications or transactions
- Seller non-compliance with local laws or regulations
Users interact with sellers at their own risk and discretion.
33–34. LIMITATION ON INJUNCTIVE RELIEF & WAIVER OF MORAL DAMAGES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, claims against Camion are limited to monetary damages only. You waive any right to seek injunctive relief or equitable remedies.
Camion shall not be liable for loss of opportunity, profits, business, reputational harm, or moral/non-material damages, regardless of legal theory asserted.
35. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & NO RELIANCE
These Legal Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Camion and supersede all prior representations, communications, or understandings. You confirm that you have not relied on any statement not expressly set out in these Legal Policies.
36. CONSUMER LAW CARVE-OUT (SMART PROTECTION)
Nothing in these Legal Policies shall exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection laws. To the extent required by law, certain provisions may be limited in their application without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
37. CURRENCY, EXCHANGE RATES & FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
Prices may be shown in local or reference currencies and may be subject to currency conversion. Exchange rates are determined by third-party banks, card networks, or payment providers. Foreign transaction/conversion fees may apply and are outside Camion's control.
Currency fluctuations may result in differences between displayed prices and the final charged amount. Camion is not liable for discrepancies caused by conversion or fluctuations.
38. PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION, HS CODES & CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS DISCLAIMER
Product descriptions, HS codes, customs classifications, declared values, country of origin, and shipping documentation may be provided by third-party sellers, logistics providers, or automated systems for reference only. Errors or misclassifications may occur.
Customs authorities retain full discretion in classification and valuation. Camion is not responsible for incorrect HS codes, reclassification, penalties, fines, delays, or additional duties/taxes imposed by authorities.
39. BETA FEATURES, EXPERIMENTAL SERVICES & PILOT PROGRAMS
Camion may introduce beta features or experimental services. Performance, availability, accuracy, or reliability is not guaranteed. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Camion is not liable for losses from beta/experimental features.
40. PLATFORM DISCRETION & UNILATERAL OPERATIONAL CONTROL
Camion reserves discretion to determine platform architecture, workflows, integrations, automation logic, modify UI and system behaviour, and prioritize stability, security, compliance, and risk management. Such decisions do not constitute a breach and do not give rise to liability.
41. USER ASSUMPTION OF CROSS-BORDER TRADE RISK
You expressly acknowledge that cross-border trade involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Regulatory differences
- Customs enforcement variability
- Logistics disruptions
- Political, economic, or trade policy changes
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with international transactions conducted through the platform. Camion disclaims all liability arising from such risks to the maximum extent permitted by law.
42. NO DUTY TO MONITOR OR INTERVENE
Camion has no obligation to:
- Monitor transactions, communications, or conduct between users and third parties
- Intervene in disputes unless required by law
- Verify the accuracy, legality, or compliance of third-party activities
Failure to monitor or intervene shall not constitute negligence or liability.
43. SYSTEM LOGS, DATA RECORDS & AUDIT TRAIL (EXPANDED)
Camion's system logs, databases, timestamps, IP records, transaction histories, automated decision records, and audit trails constitute conclusive and binding evidence of user actions, transaction status, system outputs, and policy acceptance, and are admissible in legal/regulatory/arbitration proceedings to the maximum extent permitted.
44. FRAUD PREVENTION, RISK SCORING & AUTOMATED ENFORCEMENT
Camion may employ automated or manual fraud detection, risk scoring, and enforcement mechanisms.
You acknowledge that:
- Accounts, transactions, or payments may be restricted, delayed, or cancelled based on risk assessments
- Such actions may be taken without prior notice
Camion shall not be liable for any loss resulting from fraud prevention or risk management measures.
45. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM DEPENDENCY DISCLAIMER
Certain platform functionalities may depend on third-party APIs, infrastructure, data feeds, or service providers.
Camion shall not be liable for:
- API failures or changes
- Third-party service discontinuation
- Data unavailability or inaccuracies originating from external systems
46. GOVERNMENT REQUESTS, LEGAL DISCLOSURES & LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION
Camion may disclose, preserve, or provide access to user data, records, communications, or transaction information without prior notice where required or permitted by law, including in response to court orders, governmental/regulatory/customs/tax requests, law enforcement, or compliance investigations/audits.
47. TAX DISCLAIMER & USER TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Camion does not provide tax, accounting, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes arising from your use of the platform (including income tax, VAT/GST, sales tax, customs duties, withholding tax, and other charges). Camion is not liable for tax assessments or enforcement actions.
48. TERMINATION WITHOUT CAUSE
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camion may suspend or terminate any account, access, service, or transaction at any time, with or without cause and notice, including for risk management, compliance, operational, or business reasons. No compensation is owed except where required by mandatory law.
49. PLATFORM VERSION CONTROL & DATA PRECEDENCE
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The most current version of these Legal Policies published on the Camion platform shall constitute the sole legally binding version
- Any prior versions, cached copies, screenshots, printed materials, or translated versions are provided for reference only and have no legal effect
In the event of any inconsistency, the latest published version shall prevail exclusively.
50. DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION
For the purposes of these Legal Policies, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
- "Camion" means the Camion platform, including its website, mobile applications, systems, software, APIs, and affiliated services.
- "Platform" means Camion's technology-enabled marketplace and related services.
- "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
- "Seller" means any third-party offering products or services through the Platform.
- "Third-Party Service Provider" means any external provider including payment processors, logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, customs brokers, or technology vendors.
- "Content" means all text, images, descriptions, data, listings, or materials displayed on the Platform.
- "Order" means a transaction initiated by a User through the Platform.
- "Store Credit" means any promotional balance, refund credit, or non-cash value issued by Camion.
- "Force Majeure Event" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
51. PROHIBITED & RESTRICTED ITEMS
Certain products may be prohibited or restricted by law, carrier policy, or customs requirements, including (non-exhaustive):
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives
- Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
- Narcotics, controlled substances, or pharmaceuticals
- Counterfeit, infringing, or illegal goods
- Perishable or temperature-sensitive products
- Items restricted by export controls or sanctions
Camion may refuse, cancel, restrict, or terminate transactions involving prohibited or restricted items without liability.
52. PRICING ERRORS & MANIFEST ERROR CLAUSE
Camion may correct pricing, calculation, translation, currency, or system errors, including manifest/obvious errors. Camion may cancel or modify affected orders at any time. Refunds (if any) will be processed in accordance with applicable law. Correction does not constitute a breach of contract.
53. RETURNS, REFUNDS & ABANDONED SHIPMENTS (OPERATIONAL CLARIFICATION)
Returns, refunds, or cancellations are subject to operational feasibility, third-party provider policies, and cross-border logistics limitations.
- Certain items may be non-returnable or non-refundable
- Return shipping costs, customs charges, or handling fees may be borne by the user
- Unclaimed, rejected, or abandoned shipments may be destroyed or disposed of without compensation
54. APP STORE, GOOGLE PLAY & PLATFORM STORE COMPLIANCE
Use of the Camion mobile application may also be subject to Apple App Store and Google Play terms and policies. Camion is not responsible for app store enforcement actions, payment/subscription/refund decisions, or app removal/suspension/regional restrictions.
55. ANTI-FRAUD, KYC & VERIFICATION RIGHTS
Camion may implement identity verification, transaction monitoring, and anti-fraud measures, including requesting identity documents or verification information. Transactions/accounts may be suspended pending verification. Failure to comply may result in restriction or termination.
56. USER CONTENT LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INDEMNITY
By submitting or uploading any content, you grant Camion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the platform.
You represent and warrant that you own/control all rights to the content and it does not infringe third-party rights.
You agree to indemnify Camion against claims arising from your content.
57. STORE CREDIT, PROMOTIONS & NON-CASH REFUNDS
Camion may issue refunds/adjustments as Store Credit where permitted by law. Store Credit has no cash value unless required by law, may expire or have usage limits, and is non-transferable unless expressly stated. Camion may revoke Store Credit in cases of misuse or fraud.
58. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Legal Policies and any other policy, guideline, or informational page published by Camion:

- Checkout disclosures or transaction-specific terms
- Supplemental policy pages
59. SEVERABILITY & PARTIAL ENFORCEABILITY
If any provision of these Legal Policies is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
60. MAXIMUM LEGAL ENFORCEABILITY CLAUSE
All limitations, disclaimers, waivers, and exclusions set forth in these Legal Policies shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Where any limitation is not enforceable in full, it shall be enforced to the greatest extent permissible without invalidating the remaining provisions.
64. PRODUCT SAFETY, COMPLIANCE & RECALL DISCLAIMER
Camion does not design, manufacture, test, certify, inspect, modify, or control any products listed or made available through the platform.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- Product safety, quality, specifications, labelling, warnings, instructions, and compliance with applicable laws, standards, and certifications (including but not limited to CE, FCC, FDA, SASO, GCC, RoHS, or similar requirements) are the sole responsibility of the third-party seller or manufacturer
- Camion makes no representations or warranties regarding product safety, fitness for a particular purpose, or regulatory compliance
- Camion does not guarantee that products meet the laws, regulations, or standards of your jurisdiction
Camion shall not be liable for:
- Product defects
- Personal injury or property damage
- Health or safety risks
- Mandatory or voluntary product recalls
- Regulatory enforcement actions related to product compliance
Any claims relating to product safety or compliance must be directed exclusively to the relevant seller or manufacturer.
65. PRODUCT RECALLS, WITHDRAWALS & REGULATORY ACTIONS
In the event that any product is subject to:
- A product recall
- Market withdrawal
- Regulatory suspension
- Safety alert or enforcement action
Camion may, at its sole discretion:
- Remove or disable access to the affected product listing
- Suspend or restrict related seller accounts
- Notify affected users where legally required
Camion shall have no obligation to:
- Initiate recalls
- Provide refunds or compensation beyond what is required by law
- Coordinate recall logistics or recovery efforts
All recall-related responsibilities rest solely with the seller or manufacturer.
66. INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
Camion does not provide, arrange, underwrite, or guarantee any form of insurance, including but not limited to:
- Shipping insurance
- Cargo insurance
- Product liability insurance
- Transit loss or damage coverage
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any insurance coverage offered is provided solely by third-party providers and subject to their separate terms and conditions.
Camion shall not be liable for:
- Denial of insurance claims
- Coverage limitations
- Exclusions, deductibles, or disputes arising from insurance policies
67. SHIPMENT RISK ALLOCATION & TITLE TRANSFER
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover of the shipment to the carrier or logistics provider
- Title to goods passes directly between the seller and buyer
Camion does not assume ownership, custody, or control of goods at any stage of the transaction.
Camion shall not be liable for:
- Loss, theft, damage, or deterioration of goods during transit
- Carrier handling errors
- Force majeure events affecting shipment delivery
68. REGULATORY RISK MANAGEMENT, GEO-BLOCKING & SERVICE SUSPENSION
Camion reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

71. MARKETPLACE FUNDS, HOLDS & SETTLEMENT DISCLAIMER
Camion may facilitate the flow of payments between users and third parties through licensed payment service providers.
You acknowledge that:
- Funds may be temporarily held, delayed, or reversed for fraud prevention, compliance, dispute resolution, or operational reasons
- Camion does not act as a bank, escrow agent, or trustee
Camion shall not be liable for:
- Payment holds or delays
- Currency settlement timing
- Financial losses arising from payment processing decisions

Camion makes no representations or guarantees regarding:
- Pricing competitiveness
- Profitability
- Cost savings
- Delivery performance
- Business outcomes
Any expectations of economic benefit are assumed solely by the user.
73. PLATFORM ABUSE, SYSTEM MANIPULATION & AUTOMATED DEFENSE MEASURES
Camion may implement automated or manual controls to detect and prevent:
- Abuse of pricing, promotions, or coupons
- Manipulation of listings, ratings, or algorithms
- Circumvention of platform safeguards
Camion may take enforcement action, including suspension or termination, without prior notice.
74. COMPLIANCE AUDITS & INFORMATION REQUESTS
Camion may request documentation or information to:
- Verify compliance with laws
- Respond to regulatory inquiries
- Conduct internal risk assessments
Failure to provide requested information may result in service restriction or termination.
75. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATION EVOLUTION & DEPRECATION
Camion may modify, replace, or discontinue integrations with third-party services, APIs, carriers, or providers at any time.
Camion shall not be liable for:
- Loss of functionality
- Operational changes
- Dependency disruptions
76. PLATFORM INDEPENDENCE & NON-EXCLUSIVITY
Camion maintains full independence in selecting, modifying, or discontinuing any:
- Seller
- Carrier
- Technology provider
- Integration partner
No exclusivity or long-term dependency is created by platform usage.
77. MAXIMUM ENFORCEABILITY CLAUSE
These Legal Policies shall be interpreted and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If any provision is limited or invalidated by law, such limitation shall apply only to the minimum extent required without affecting the remaining provisions.
HEALTH, ALLERGIES & PERSONAL USE DISCLAIMER
You expressly acknowledge and agree that certain products made available through the Camion platform may cause health-related effects, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, respiratory reactions, chemical sensitivity, toxicity, or other adverse physical effects.
Camion does not:
- Assess or evaluate individual health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical histories
- Verify ingredients, materials, chemical composition, or allergen disclosures
- Determine the safety or suitability of any product for personal, medical, cosmetic, dietary, or household use
You are solely responsible for:
